"Mise en Place" is a common kitchen French term that means "to gather" or "to put in place." As a club, this kitchen term perfectly describes what we want to do in the culinary world and as a community - to gather.
The club was established in 2021 and is currently being run through Central Arizona College (CAC), a community college in central Arizona.
The goal for this club is to make connections and build relationships with students along with home cooks and industry professionals. We hold various forms of community events, showcasing culinary skills and building a community that brings these two worlds together. We also provide a lot of real-world culinary techniques and information to our members.
